The trip starts at Tempe idrettsanlegg, goes down the River Nid, and along the old townsite to Nyhavna and finishes with a sauna visit.

Enjoy a one-day SUP expedition from the Tempe football field (tempe idrettsanlegg) to Grilstad Marina/Ranheim.

Learn the basic techniques and safety aspects of stand-up paddleboarding. It’s the perfect intro to SUP!

A course of about 2 hours consisting of a review on land, followed by 1 hour of active surfing time with an instructor.
